2. Combing your hair 100 times in the morning and evening can help improve blood circulation, reduce hair loss and dandruff.

3. Do not pour shampoo directly on your head. Because unfoamed shampoo can irritate the scalp and cause or aggravate the appearance of dandruff, it should be poured into the hands and rubbed to form foam before applying to the hair.

4. Change your shampoo every seven days. The cleansing effect of shampoo on hair is only temporary. After seven days, the scalp will adapt and the cleansing effect will be lost. It is advisable to buy two shampoos at the same time and use them alternately. 

5. Do not comb your hair with your nails. Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp, which can not only increase blood circulation but also reduce dandruff.
