Things to note after dissolving hyaluronic acid

Going to a beauty hospital to inject hyaluronic acid has become a beauty method chosen by many people who love beauty. Because hyaluronic acid is a liquid extracted from natural plants, it has very good moisturizing and shaping functions. If some people have a chin that is too long or the chin is not sharp enough, they can achieve a certain shaping effect by injecting hyaluronic acid. However, if you find that the effect of hyaluronic acid is not good enough, you can dissolve the hyaluronic acid. What should you pay attention to after dissolving the hyaluronic acid?

1. How to use hyaluronidase

The concentration of one tube of hyaluronic acid enzyme is 1500U, and there are generally multiple ways to dissolve it, depending on the doctor's preference. The dissolution method commonly used by some experts is as follows: 1500IU (one bottle of hyaluronidase) + 3ml of sodium chloride for injection → divided into 10 bottles → can dissolve 10ml of hyaluronic acid.

2. Specific ratio method of lytic enzyme

Take a bottle of lytic enzyme, draw about 3 ml of normal saline (NS) and inject it into the bottle, dissolve the dry powder, and refrigerate for later use. Each time you use it, use a 1ml syringe to extract 0.3ml of dissolved enzyme, and then add NS to 1ml. In this way, 1ml of dissolving enzyme can basically dissolve 1ml of Vinos small molecules. However, for products with too high cross-linking, the concentration of the dissolving enzyme should be increased. But never use the original solution directly to dissolve, the concentration is too high. The specific dosage depends on the needs, but the single dosage should not exceed 1500u.

3. Lytic enzyme skin test

Take 0.02 ml of 150u/ml concentration of the drug solution and inject it intradermally. If a rash with pseudopodia appears within 5 minutes, lasts for 20-30 minutes, and there is an itchy sensation, it is a positive test. However, if a one-time erythema appears locally, it is caused by vasodilation and is not positive.

4. Precautions for the ratio of lytic enzyme

The prepared lysozyme is an extremely unstable aqueous solution and should be prepared just before use. The remaining solution can be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees for 2 weeks, but it cannot be used if there is discoloration or precipitation.

5. Treatment of excessive injection of lytic enzyme

Excessive injection can cause local edema and allergic symptoms: erythema, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, rapid heartbeat and decreased blood pressure, etc. The medication should be stopped promptly and supportive therapy should be adopted. First aid can be provided with epinephrine, corticosteroids and antihistamines.

6. Contraindications of hyaluronic acid dissolving enzyme

1. Hyaluronidase cannot be injected into the area where botulinum toxin has been injected within 48 hours, because hyaluronidase causes serious diffusion of botulinum toxin.

2. Avoid some acute and chronic diseases, as well as those who are taking oral medications, especially those with a history of allergies.

3. The interval between the injection of hyaluronic acid and the injection of hyaluronic acid after the injection of hyaluronic acid: Generally, a week is safer. In an emergency, the interval should be 72 hours. This is related to the absorption of the drug.
