1. Prevent hepatitis

6. Stay away from carcinogens and eat more anti-cancer foods

Eat more foods that prevent cancer on a daily basis. Food plays an important role in preventing cancer, but researchers suggest that vegetables and fruits can effectively reduce the risk of many cancers, especially colon cancer.
