1. Pain in the liver area: It is the most common and important clinical symptom. The main pain is persistent pain, dull pain, or stabbing pain, or at night after obvious fatigue. Pain in the liver area is due to the rapid growth of the tumor, increased tension on the liver capsule, or rupture of the cancerous nodule under the capsule, or rupture of the liver nodule due to bleeding. The location of the pain is closely related to the location of the liver. If the lesion is located in the right lobe of the liver, it may manifest as right hypochondrium pain; if it is located in the left lobe of the liver, there will be epigastric pain; if it is located in the back of the diaphragm, the pain will radiate to the left shoulder.
