Handling suggestions:

1. You can use scrub locally to remove thickened cuticle once a week. After bathing every day, apply a lighter body lotion to your buttocks to make the skin on your buttocks moisturized, smoother and more elastic.

2. After taking a shower, apply olive oil to the buttocks, wrap it with plastic wrap for about 20 minutes, and then wash it off with an oil-removing facial cleanser. Use it 1 to 2 times a week, which is also very good for improving the thick cuticle on the buttocks.

Specific whitening methods can be tried as follows:

1. You can use vitamin E for whitening. The method is to pierce the transparent outer coat of the vitamin E capsule before going to bed every night, apply it to the area with the mark, and massage it slightly. If you persist for two weeks, the mark will be significantly faded.

2. The method of removing marks with coarse salt and egg white: stir a teaspoon of salt (preferably coarse salt) with an egg white, add a little honey after it is evenly mixed, stir again, then apply it to the marked area, wash it off with warm water after it is dry, and then clean it again with warm water.

3. Skin color can also be improved through diet. Drink plenty of water, eat more vegetables and fruits, and increase the intake of antioxidant foods. Foods such as vitamin C and vitamin A can effectively whiten and protect the skin. Ripe tomatoes and lemons are rich in vitamin C, while vitamin A is commonly found in some fat-soluble yellow foods. Some foods rich in copper or zinc will activate the activity of tyrosinase and make the skin darker, so eat less animal liver, beans, peaches and other foods. It is also worth noting that you should eat less acidic foods to avoid the production of free radicals and the deposition of toxins in the body.

4. Choose Phellodendron chinense, Angelica dahurica, Licorice, and Gallnut. Clears away heat and detoxifies, promotes blood circulation and removes dampness, removes dead tissue and promotes tissue regeneration.

5. Reduce sweating and promote evaporation at the base of the thigh. Try to keep the perineum dry and wear loose fitting underwear that is not too tight.
