Clinical data show that cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant gynecological tumors, which first occurred in women around 50 years old, but now often occurs in younger women. Due to the different regional education levels of women born after the 1970s and 1980s, many have gone to two extremes: not lacking in sex education, not knowing how to use contraception, being avant-garde and unruly, having an open concept of sex, and more often considering abortion as a child's game. You should know that unmarried young women should not have sex too early. Even if they start having sex, they should know how to protect themselves. Women around 20 years old are most likely to be infected with human papillomavirus (HPV), which can induce cervical cancer. Informal and frequent abortions increase the chance of bacterial infection. Unlike unmarried women, married women are more likely to "get pregnant". Clinical statistics have found that more than 70% of married women have had abortions, most of whom have done it more than twice. Although abortion is a remedy for contraceptive failure rather than a means of controlling childbirth, many women of childbearing age do not take contraceptive measures in their lives, thinking that they are young and can complete it even if they have an abortion after getting pregnant. What's worse, some women start having sex less than a month after abortion. Frequent surgeries cause the healthy cervix to be harassed by instruments again and again, making it easy to be infected with human papillomavirus (HPV), which is the main cause of cervical cancer. What should I pay attention to about cervical cancer? 1. Pregnancy is dangerous For patients with cervical cancer, the most dangerous thing is pregnancy, because early cervical cancer will not affect pregnancy. If the mother does not find cervical cancer before pregnancy, then with pregnancy and uterine congestion, the nutrition delivered by the mother will not only feed the baby, but also make the cancer site grow at a very fast rate. In addition, because some hormones secreted during pregnancy promote cancer, the body's immunity decreases during pregnancy, and the role of fighting cancer cells cannot play a role. Some signs of cervical cancer, such as bleeding, will be regarded as threatened abortion and ignored. It is too late to find out after giving birth, and the prognosis is very poor. Therefore, pregnant women must do various examinations before pregnancy. What's more serious is that some mothers still don't find out that they have cervical cancer after giving birth. Instead, they think that bleeding is a normal manifestation. If they breastfeed their children, the cancer will be even more uncontrollable and can only develop to the point where doctors are helpless. 2. Stay away from dangerous factors Surveys show that the mortality rate of cervical cancer in my country ranks fourth among all cancers and second among female cancers. The age of onset is usually between 45 and 55 years old, and it is rare before the age of 18. However, with the change of living habits, the age of onset tends to be earlier. Cervical cancer is not a particularly obvious genetic disease, but it is related to early marriage, premature birth, multiple births, poor hygiene habits and human papillomavirus infection. Women who start sexual life before the age of 18 should pay special attention to the history of early pregnancy. Cervical cancer is located above the cervix, and irregular bleeding will occur when the cancer ruptures, and sometimes sexual intercourse can also cause bleeding. Therefore, vaginal bleeding depends on it, because it is a very dangerous signal of gynecological diseases and cannot be let go. 3. Regular gynecological examinations Although cervical cancer is dangerous, it takes 5 to 7 years for early inflammation to develop into malignant cancer. According to research, the cure rate of cervical cancer in the first stage can reach more than 80%, the second stage is about 60%, the third stage is about 40%, and the fourth stage is less than 10%. Therefore, regular examinations and timely treatment are very important. How to prevent cervical cancer comprehensively and systematically 1. Strengthen publicity and education, and popularize cancer knowledge. Through various forms of publicity and education at all levels of medical prevention institutions, popularize cervical cancer knowledge, and encourage school-age women to actively participate in cancer prevention screening and seek medical treatment as soon as possible. At the same time, we should also ease the fear of cancer and build confidence in defeating cancer. Improve the vigilance and awareness of medical staff about early cervical cancer; enhance the sense of responsibility, avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and delay patient treatment. Second, insist on the screening and treatment of cervical cancer. Establish and improve cancer prevention organizations at all levels, unify leadership, and conduct regular, extensive, and in-depth screening of cervical cancer. For women over 30 years old, regular cervical smear cytology examinations can detect early cervical cancer without obvious symptoms. 3. Actively prevent and control diseases related to cervical cancer The cause of cervical cancer is still unclear. It may be the result of several factors. Actively preventing and controlling diseases related to cervical cancer is one of the important measures to prevent cervical cancer. (I) Strengthen perinatal care, promote new methods of delivery, correctly handle difficult labor, and prevent cervical lacerations. Postoperative vaginal examination should promptly detect cervical lacerations larger than 1 cm and should be sutured and repaired in a timely manner. (2) Actively treat chronic cervicitis. A large amount of clinical data proves that cervical erosion may be related to the occurrence of cervical cancer. According to cervical cancer surveys in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and other places, the incidence rate of women with cervical erosion is 5 to 10 times that of women without cervical erosion. It can be seen that active treatment of chronic cervicitis can reduce the occurrence of cervical cancer. (3) Removal of prepuce. For those with prepuce, surgical circumcision should be recommended to prevent penile cancer and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer in their spouses. Neonatal circumcision is recommended. 4. Earnestly implementing family planning measures, advocating marriage at the appropriate age, scientific contraception, family planning, and attention to organ and sexual hygiene are of great significance to improving women's health and preventing the occurrence of cervical cancer. |
