2. Vaginal discharge: The initial amount is not much, white or light yellow, and has no odor. As the cancerous tissue ruptures and secondary infection occurs, the vagina can discharge a large amount of rice soup, pus or purulent fluid, accompanied by a foul odor. Patients with cervical mucinous adenocarcinoma often have a large amount of watery or mucous vaginal discharge due to the secretion of a large amount of mucus by the cancer.

3. Late stage symptoms: If cancer invades the pelvic connective tissue, compresses the bladder, rectum and sciatic nerve, and affects lymphatic and venous return, frequent urination, urgency, anal swelling, lower limb swelling and pain may occur. If cancer compresses or invades the ureter, hydronephrosis and uremic dysentery may occur, which often occurs in the terminal stage due to long-term consumption.

1. Vaginal bleeding: Continuous or irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause; people who have not reached menopause may have excessive menstruation or irregular bleeding.

2. A small number of patients with vaginal discharge have increased watery or bloody discharge in the early stages of the disease, and necrotic infection in the late stages, with foul-smelling purulent secretions.

3. Pain usually only occurs in the late stages. When the cervical canal is blocked by cancerous tissue, causing blood or pus to accumulate in the uterus, there may be lower abdominal distension and pain, or cancer may stimulate uterine contractions and cause pain. When advanced cancer infiltrates the pelvic wall, there may be back and leg pain.
