Drink it once in the morning and evening every day for several days to eliminate bloating and increase appetite.

②Orange peel tea: Use 50 grams of fresh orange peel, tear it into pieces, add a little white sugar, brew with boiling water, and drink as tea. It is quite effective for mild bloating. If you don't have fresh tangerine peel, you can go to the pharmacy and buy 6 grams of tangerine peel to make tea and drink it, which also has a certain effect.

③ Bayberry wine: Wash the fresh bayberries, dry them, soak them in sorghum wine, and seal them for three months for later use. When you have a poor appetite and feel bloated, drinking a small amount with meals can produce immediate results.
