When cervical cancer develops to the late stage, irregular vaginal bleeding will occur. Some patients will go into shock due to heavy bleeding; they will feel unbearable pain, radiating to the lower limbs; vaginal secretions will increase and have a foul odor; there will be fever and other symptoms.

1. Vaginal bleeding

Most patients with cervical cancer experience irregular vaginal bleeding. When the disease progresses to the late stage, the tumor ruptures and bleeds, which may lead to shock due to heavy vaginal bleeding.

2. Unbearable pain

When cervical cancer develops to the late stage, the pelvic nerves will be infiltrated and compressed by the cancer, causing severe pain, which sometimes radiates to the lower limbs.

3. Increased vaginal discharge

In the late stage of cervical cancer, there will be an increase in vaginal discharge. There may be no obvious abnormal odor at the beginning. After secondary infection, there will be a lot of rice-washing water-like and bloody discharge, accompanied by a strong foul odor.

4. Fever

When the disease develops to the late stage, the absorption of necrotic tissue, combined with infection, often causes fever. Most patients have a body temperature of around 38 degrees, and a few patients may reach above 39 degrees.
