Benign epididymal tumors include leiomyoma, adenoid tumor, cystadenoma, mesothelioma, hemangioma, fibroma, lymphangioma, teratoma, neurofibroma, sclerosteatoma, etc. Malignant tumors include adenocarcinoma, leiomyosarcoma, embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma, lymphosarcoma, malignant melanoma, etc. Epididymal tumors are difficult to diagnose before surgery, and ultrasound examination and puncture cytology examination are helpful for diagnosis.

Recommendation: For benign epididymal tumors, simple tumor resection or epididymal resection of the affected side can be performed. Testicles are male sexual organs, one on each side, and are normally located in the scrotum. Self-examination is very convenient. Therefore, epididymal tumors can be detected early.
