How to know if you have endometrial cancer? You can look at the 4 early symptoms

Endometrial cancer is a common gynecological tumor. Through surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the cure rate can reach about 70%. However, recurrence and metastasis are the characteristics of malignant tumors, and endometrial cancer is no exception. Therefore, while doing the above-mentioned conventional treatments, it is recommended that patients take Chinese medicine for systemic conditioning, anti-cancer and tumor elimination, killing residual cancer cells in the body, enhancing the body's immunity, preventing recurrence and metastasis, and the cure rate can be increased to about 85%.

What are the early symptoms of endometrial cancer? There are no obvious symptoms in the very early stages of endometrial cancer. Later, vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, pain, etc. will appear. The specific symptoms are as follows:
1. Abdominal pain Patients with early-stage endometrial cancer generally do not have abdominal pain, but some patients with endometrial cancer may feel soreness and discomfort in the lower abdomen. In the late stage of endometrial cancer, the invasion of the tumor in the pelvic cavity and compression of the nerves will cause obvious abdominal pain. When there is secondary infection and pus accumulation in the uterine cavity, spasmodic abdominal pain will occur.
2. Changes in physical signs Doctors say that there are no obvious abnormalities in gynecological examinations of early patients, except that the uterus does not shrink after menopause. When the cancer develops further, the uterus may enlarge and become slightly soft. Occasionally, in late-stage patients, cancerous tissue may flow out of the external cervical opening, which is white and crisp with bleeding. If combined with intrauterine fluid accumulation, the uterus may be significantly enlarged, soft, or tense.
3. Irregular vaginal bleeding Vaginal bleeding is the main early symptom of endometrial cancer, often manifested as vaginal bleeding after menopause, with variable amount of blood and duration. Premenopausal patients may have irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, and prolonged menstruation.
4. Increased vaginal discharge Increased vaginal discharge, or leucorrhea, is another symptom of endometrial cancer, and sometimes it can be the first symptom of endometrial cancer. It starts out as watery, then becomes purulent, or even bloody.
