Patients in stage I should receive external irradiation after surgery if cancer cells are found in the ascites or the muscularis propria is infiltrated, or if there is lymph node metastasis. Patients in stage II or some stage III should receive external irradiation or intracavitary irradiation before surgery, and surgery should be performed 1 to 2 weeks after the end of radiotherapy.

Hormone therapy
Young patients who want to retain their fertility, patients with advanced cancer who cannot undergo surgery or with cancer recurrence can be treated with large doses of synthetic progesterone, such as medroxyprogesterone acetate, intramuscular injection, 2 to 3 times a week; progesterone acetate, intramuscular injection, 2 to 3 times a week, etc.
5. Anti-estrogen drugs
Tamoxifen, the indications are the same as progestin therapy, it is taken orally and can be used for a long time or in divided courses.
6. Anti-cancer chemotherapy
For advanced cases that cannot be treated with surgery or radiotherapy, or for cases that relapse after treatment, combined chemotherapy such as 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu), cyclophosphamide (CTX), mitomycin (MMC), doxorubicin (BDR), and cisplatin (DDP) can be used, which has a certain effect.
7. Anti-cancer Chinese medicine treatment
Can be used as one of the comprehensive treatment measures.
