Patients with cutaneous fibroma should eat regular, quantitative, small and frequent meals, eat more vegetables and vegetables containing vitamins A, C, E, green vegetables and fruits. Avoid spicy and irritating foods such as ginger, garlic, leek, pepper, chili, etc. Do not drink coffee, and be determined to quit harmful smoking and drinking habits.
