What methods can cure fibroids

What methods can cure fibroids? With the increasing number of patients with fibroids, the treatment methods are also varied. Patients should choose regular hospitals for standardized treatment and take good care of their daily lives. So today we will take a look at what methods can cure fibroids:

TCM: fibroma (including neurofibroma), lipoma and atheroma are equivalent to the scope of phlegm nucleus accumulation, lipoma and slag tumor in TCM respectively. The causes of their occurrence are all due to spleen and lung disorders, phlegm and dampness condensation, nucleation over time, and obstruction of meridian qi. The tumors all occur under the skin of the body surface, so they are all summarized as subcutaneous tumors for discussion. The author believes that the tumors occur on the outside, but they are actually caused by internal organs. The spleen and lung disorders of the internal organs cause phlegm and dampness to condense along the meridians to the surface, and the meridian qi is not smooth and stagnant. After a long time, the nucleus forms, so the above diseases occur. The treatment method should be to warm and unblock the meridians, help yang and promote qi, so as to resolve phlegm nuclei and disperse depression. Therefore, fire needles are used to directly pierce the phlegm nucleus (i.e. tumor), or pierce quickly or slowly, so that the contents of the tumor can flow out as much as possible. If a small amount cannot flow out, it can also be locally absorbed. However, from the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation, they are all caused by phlegm nuclei, so they are all treated with the method of warming and unblocking with fire needles, helping yang and promoting qi, resolving phlegm and dispersing knots, and achieving the effect. This can be said to be the same treatment for different diseases.

Principles of Western medicine treatment: Fibroma should be surgically removed at an early stage, and the surrounding tissues connected should be removed appropriately. Desmoid tumors should be extensively removed at an early stage. After surgery, the tumor should be sent for pathological examination to exclude malignancy, and medication is generally not required.

Treatment:

1. Benign fibroma: surgical resection and send for pathological examination.

2. Fibromatosis: Fibromatosis growing in areas susceptible to pressure and friction can be removed and then pathologically examined.

3. Desmoid tumor: local extensive resection, including complete resection of the tumor and the surrounding 3 cm tissue, and skin grafting, otherwise it is very likely to recur.

Although fibroma is a benign tumor, it may also become malignant, especially if the tumor grows rapidly or the patient is older, has a long course of disease, or has relapsed multiple times. In this case, you should be vigilant, seek medical attention in time, and prevent changes in your condition.
