Then chop the jujube meat, mix them evenly and steam them into cake. Eat it for breakfast, 50 to 100 grams each time. (5) Barley soup Mutton, cardamom, barley kernels. After slicing the mutton, boil it with the cardamom and cook it into soup. After filtering, use the soup to cook barley kernels. When cooked, add a little salt. You can also filter the juice and cook it together with the meat. 3. Lifestyle care (1) Maintain a cheerful spirit and avoid mental trauma caused by excessive fatigue, worry, sadness, fear, tension and other factors.
