Early detection of ovarian tumors is of great significance to the rehabilitation treatment of patients. In clinical practice, many malignant tumors can be completely cured or have a good prognosis if they are discovered in the early stage. For example, cervical cancer can develop over a period of 10 years. As long as it is discovered in the early stage and actively treated and intervened, it is not difficult to cure. Due to various reasons, women are prone to specific tumors. The early signs of ovarian tumors are analyzed as follows: 1. Tumors: They can grow in any part of the reproductive organs. They are usually discovered by accident. Even if these tumors have no symptoms, they are abnormal and are mostly tumors. 2. Abnormal vaginal discharge: Under normal circumstances, the secretions of the endometrium, endocervix and vaginal exudates form leucorrhea, which is generally not much and changes with the menstrual cycle. When a tumor occurs in the female reproductive tract, the tumor becomes necrotic and ulcerated, watery, bloody and rice-like leucorrhea may appear. If there is an infection, it may have a foul odor. 3. Abnormal leucorrhea: It may be a manifestation of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer or fallopian tube cancer. 4. Menstrual changes: When tumors grow in the uterus, such as uterine fibroids, endometrial cancer, uterine sarcoma, and choriocarcinoma, menstrual abnormalities may occur, including excessive menstrual flow, irregular menstrual cycles, prolonged menstrual duration, and spotting. Certain ovarian tumors, such as granulosa cell tumors and theca cell tumors, can secrete estrogen, interfere with the menstrual cycle, and cause menstrual abnormalities. 5. Postmenopausal bleeding: In the first year of amenorrhea, vaginal bleeding may occur occasionally. If vaginal bleeding occurs again after more than one year of amenorrhea, it is called postmenopausal bleeding. There are many reasons for postmenopausal bleeding, and in most cases it is caused by benign diseases. However, the possibility of cervical cancer and endometrial cancer should never be ignored, although the amount of bleeding is sometimes not much. 6. Abdominal pain: Ovarian tumor torsion, rupture or infection, uterine submucosal myoma prolapse from the cervix or myoma degeneration can all cause severe lower abdominal pain. 7. Changes in diet and bowel movements: The initial symptoms of ovarian cancer may only be abdominal distension, poor appetite, and gastrointestinal symptoms. Tumor compression or invasion of the bladder and rectum can cause frequent urination, difficulty urinating, dry stools, etc. When the above symptoms occur, patients should seek medical attention in time, and should not passively observe because the symptoms are mild and tolerable, thus delaying treatment. However, it should also be known that the above symptoms are not unique to tumors, and most of them are still caused by benign diseases, so patients do not need to worry too much. |
