Be careful to press the muscles with your hands to apply a certain amount of pressure, and do not rub the skin. After massaging a fixed point for dozens of seconds, move your hand down one palm width, and repeat this operation until you massage above the buttocks. 3. Lift and pinch the spine Use the thumb and index finger of one or both hands to forcefully lift up a strip of muscle next to the spine, moving and lifting at the same time. First work from top to bottom (from below the neck to above the hips), then from bottom to top (from above the hips to below the neck). Repeat the up and down operation twice. Pay attention to symmetrical lifting and pinching during the operation, and avoid grabbing and twisting with force. 4. Press the back points Place the tips of your thumbs on both hands one finger width away from the Dazhui point on both sides, press with a certain force and continue for a few seconds, then move down about one centimeter and press again, and continue this process until you reach above the buttocks. If you encounter areas that are sensitive to pain, you can extend the pressing time appropriately. Pain points may indicate that there may be some discomfort in the body, which can be partially relieved by pressing. 5. Rub Dazhui Place your palm on the Dazhui point (the depression below the most protruding part of the spine between the cervical and thoracic vertebrae when the patient lowers his head) and rub it repeatedly (alternate between the left and right hands) 20-30 times.
