The sixth reason why women get endometrial cancer is long-term continuous estrogen stimulation. The endometrium can develop endometrial hyperplasia and may also become cancerous under long-term continuous estrogen stimulation without progesterone antagonism.

The seventh reason why women get endometrial cancer is systemic factors. Endometrial cancer is prone to occur in obese, hypertensive, diabetic, infertile or sterile women and menopausal women.

The eighth reason why women get endometrial cancer is genetic factors. About 20% of endometrial cancer patients have a family history.
