Endometrial cancer occurs more often in women with multiple births, nulliparity, or infertility.

Granulosa cell carcinoma and theca cell tumor that secrete higher levels of estrogen can cause irregular menstruation, postmenopausal bleeding, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer.

The fifth reason why women get endometrial cancer: polycystic ovary syndrome

It manifests as the absence of ovulation, which causes the endometrium to be under the action of high levels and continuous estrogen, lacking the regulation of progesterone and periodic endometrial exfoliation, resulting in proliferative changes.

The seventh reason why women get endometrial cancer is systemic factors. Endometrial cancer is prone to occur in obese, hypertensive, diabetic, infertile or sterile women and menopausal women.

The eighth reason why women get endometrial cancer is genetic factors. About 20% of endometrial cancer patients have a family history.
