Symptoms of endometrial precancerous lesions

Symptoms of endometrial precancerous lesions

The emergence of endometrial cancer has caused many women to suffer unfortunate consequences. You should pay attention to your own changes. If you have a disease, you should actively seek treatment. Many patients will feel vaginal infection and uterine bleeding. Pay more attention to the symptoms. So, what are the symptoms of endometrial cancer? The symptoms of endometrial precancerous lesions are mainly the following:

1. Pain

The cancer and its bleeding and fluid accumulation stimulate irregular uterine contractions and cause paroxysmal pain, which usually occurs in the late stage. If the cancer penetrates the serosa or erodes the parauterine connective tissue, bladder, or straight or compresses other tissues, it can also cause pain, which is often stubborn and progressive, and often radiates from the lumbar sacral region and lower abdomen to the thighs and knees.

2. Vaginal discharge

What are the symptoms of endometrial cancer? Because adenocarcinoma grows in the uterine cavity, the chance of infection is less than that of cervical cancer, so in the early stage, there may be only a small amount of bloody vaginal discharge, but later, if infection and necrosis occur, a large amount of foul-smelling pus and blood will be discharged. Sometimes the discharge may contain small fragments of cancerous tissue. If pus accumulates in the cervical cavity, it will cause fever, abdominal pain, and leukocytosis.

3. Uterine bleeding

What are the symptoms of endometrial cancer? Irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause is the main symptom of endometrial cancer, which is usually a small to moderate amount of bleeding, and rarely a large amount of bleeding. Not only are younger or near-menopausal patients prone to mistaking it for irregular menstruation and not seeking medical treatment in time, but even doctors often neglect it. Some people also have delayed menstrual cycles, but the symptoms are irregular. Postmenopausal patients often show continuous or intermittent vaginal bleeding. Endometrial cancer patients generally do not have contact bleeding. Late bleeding may be mixed with rotten meat-like tissue.

4. Others

In the late stage, patients can feel the enlarged uterus or adjacent tissues and organs in the lower abdomen, which may cause swelling and pain in the lower limb on that side, or compress the ureter to cause hydronephrosis or renal atrophy on that side; many patients may experience anemia, weight loss, fever, cachexia and other symptoms of systemic failure.

What are the hazards of endometrial cancer? The main ones are as follows:

1. Endometriosis dysmenorrhea: The clinical feature of endometriosis is progressive dysmenorrhea, which is a common and prominent feature. It is mostly secondary, that is, since the occurrence of endometriosis, patients complain that they did not have pain during menstruation in the past, but dysmenorrhea began to occur from a certain period, which can occur before, during and after menstruation.

2. What are the hazards of endometrial cancer? Rectal irritation symptoms: progressive and aggravated periodic rectal irritation symptoms are rare in other gynecological diseases and are the most valuable symptoms for diagnosing this disease. Swelling, pain, tenesmus and increased frequency of bowel movements in the rectum, anus and vulva. As the lesion gradually worsens, the symptoms become more obvious and disappear after menstruation.

3. Pain during sexual intercourse: Pain during sexual intercourse may occur when there are ectopic endometrial nodules, rectal pit nodules or adhesions in the vaginal vault, or when the ovaries are adhered to the pelvic floor.

Now everyone is familiar with the symptoms. Patients should pay attention to changes in the anus, because patients will have problems with sexual intercourse, or be unwilling to have sexual intercourse, which will affect and threaten the patient's life over time. Usually, they should seize the time to receive treatment.
