Introduction to late-stage endometrial cancer symptoms

Cancer is something everyone fears forever. Everyone stays away from cancer and is terrified by the mere mention of it. However, cancer still exists and its incidence is increasing. However, not all cancers will lead to death. Many cancers are only terrible when they are in the late stages and may cause people to lose their lives.

For example, endometrial cancer is a cancer that all women fear. Many women have also suffered from this disease. When cancer reaches the late stage, it is difficult to cure. However, there are still treatment methods for this disease in the late stage. It’s just that many people don’t know what the symptoms will be in the late stage.

The first symptom of endometrial cancer in the late stage is bleeding. The amount of bleeding is usually not too much. In addition, some postmenopausal women may have continuous or intermittent vaginal bleeding, which is usually manifested as a small amount of bloody vaginal discharge after menopause. In severe cases, there may be mixed rotten meat-like tissue.

Secondly, in the late stage of endometrial cancer, there will be a lot of purulent secretions in your vagina, and these secretions will have an unpleasant odor. Finally, if there is infection or necrosis of the cancer foci, there may be tissue-like substances in the vaginal discharge.

The third is that the endometrium can also cause bleeding in other parts of the reproductive organs, which will stimulate our uterus to contract, so it will cause paroxysmal lower abdominal pain. For more serious cases, it will also cause infection and lead to pyometra. Patients may experience severe lower abdominal pain accompanied by fever.

For endometrial cancer, the focus should be on early detection and early treatment. For postmenopausal bleeding and menopausal menstrual disorders, we should pay attention to excluding the possibility of endometrial cancer and do the best treatment. We should give us timely treatment and monitor the changes in the condition.
