2. Immunotherapy

BCG can make the lymphocytes in the body of melanoma patients concentrate on tumor nodules, stimulate the patient to produce a strong immune response, and achieve the effect of treating tumors. BCG can be used by skin scratching, intratumoral injection and oral administration. For local small lesions, intratumoral injection of BCG can achieve an efficiency of 80%. In recent years, biological response modifiers such as interferon, interleukin-2ILA-2 and lymphokine activated killer cells LAK cells have been tried and achieved certain results.
