What is the role of environmentally friendly hydrocarbon cleaning agent

Environmentally friendly hydrocarbon detergent is a chemical synthetic product that has undergone advanced refining. It has a strong solubility for lubricating oil, grease or anti-rust oil, so it is generally used to clean these dirts. Moreover, its toxicity is relatively low and it is not a carcinogenic substance. Therefore, if it is used in life, how can we reduce its impact?

1. Introduction

Environmentally friendly hydrocarbon cleaning agents are obtained by distilling crude oil. The residual solvents are called petroleum system, petroleum hydrocarbons, hydrocarbon system, hydrocarbons (hydrocarbons), industrial gasoline, etc., and their definitions are still unclear. Hydrocarbons, as the name implies, are simply compounds composed of two elements. Most hydrocarbon cleaning agents currently used are not refined products of simple distillation of crude oil, but chemical synthesized products or products that have undergone advanced refining treatment. Environmentally friendly hydrocarbon cleaning agents are good in quality and have little odor. The kerosene fraction was extracted through molecular sieves and distilled to adjust the boiling point. There are also single-component substances.

2. Advantages

1. Good cleaning performance. According to the theory of like dissolves like, hydrocarbon solvents have strong solubility for lubricating oil, grease, anti-rust oil, etc., and can wash away all kinds of dust and metal chips on the workpiece. Because of its low interfacial tension and insolubility in water, it can expel moisture from the surface of the workpiece and condense it into water droplets, which roll down to the bottom of the cleaning tank.

2. Low toxicity. It is not a carcinogen, so it can be used with confidence.

3. It can evaporate completely without leaving any residue. It can evaporate completely at room temperature or heated without leaving any trace.

4. Safe for the materials being cleaned. Will not cause corrosion or rust to metal materials. It has no dissolving, swelling or embrittlement effect on most plastics and rubbers, so it has a wide range of uses.

5. Easy to evaporate. The boiling point is above 150°C. During the use and storage process, the sealing requirements for packaging and equipment are high. It is also widely used in the ultrasonic cleaning industry. Because it is easy to evaporate, flammable and explosive, the equipment requirements are high. The equipment must have fire prevention devices, refrigeration devices and fully sealed distillation recovery reaction devices.

6. Do not damage the environment. It can be naturally degraded and will decompose quickly when buried in the soil. The cleaning waste liquid can be incinerated in a coal-fired or oil-fired boiler. The products of incineration are mainly CO2 and water, with only a small amount of CO, which does not pollute the air.

7. Does not damage the ozone layer. It does not contain chloride ions and has zero ozone destruction coefficient.
