2. Peripheral cancer occurs in the lung segments and the bronchi below the segments, so the tumor is located in the peripheral part of the lung lobe, presenting as a nodular or spherical shape with unclear boundaries, without a capsule, and with a diameter of about 2 to 8 cm.

3. Diffuse type This type is rare. The cancerous tissue grows diffusely and infiltrates along the alveoli, quickly invading part of the lobe or the entire lobe, and looks like lobar pneumonia or numerous small nodules densely distributed in one or both lungs.

1. Squamous cell carcinoma is the most common type. The majority of patients are elderly men, most of whom have a history of smoking. The tumor grows slowly and metastasizes later.

2. Small cell carcinoma Tumors grow rapidly and are prone to early metastasis. Cancer cells are arranged in nests, cords, or braids, and sometimes in daisy-shaped clusters or glandular tubules.

3. Adenocarcinoma is more common in women. Its tissue structure is similar to adenocarcinoma of other organs.
