The anti-sticking material on the surface of non-stick pans can enter the food, and a large amount of this material can cause cancer to the human body. Stainless steel pans contain heavy metals such as iron, chromium, and nickel. When cooking acidic or alkaline foods, these heavy metals will be incorporated into the food.
