We have studied this issue a long time ago, and some people have done experiments such as putting animals with pancreatic cancer and healthy animals together. After a long period of observation, no direct transmission was found. In the hospital, different types of pancreatic cancer patients lived in the same ward for a long time; patients with pancreatic cancer and non-cancer patients lived in the same ward for a long time, and no direct transmission was found. Medical staff who had long-term contact with pancreatic cancer patients did not have an increased incidence of pancreatic cancer. A pancreatic cancer patient lived with his family for a long time, and no transmission occurred. Based on this, it can be considered that pancreatic cancer is generally not contagious.
