Exercises suitable for ovarian cancer patients

Daily exercise can also prevent ovarian cancer. Maybe you don't quite understand what daily exercise means. In fact, to put it bluntly, it means to emphasize that you should exercise more every day, and doing housework can also prevent ovarian cancer. Ovarian tumors can occur at any age, but are more common in women aged 20 to 50. Most ovarian cancers are benign tumors and are a major disease that endangers women's health. So, how can we prevent ovarian cancer?

Since we are talking about doing housework, let's talk about the key to preventing ovarian cancer based on doing housework. Since the ovaries are located in the pelvic cavity and cannot be directly observed, and there are no obvious symptoms in the early stage, there is still a lack of effective diagnostic methods. Therefore, malignant ovarian tumors are often not easy to be discovered in the early stage. Once discovered, it is already in the late stage, and the treatment effect is often poor. The 5-year survival rate of patients is low, only about 20%, which poses a great threat to women's lives. In life, most women become housewives after marriage and need to clean the house. According to surveys, cleaning housework can prevent ovarian cancer.
Doing housework can also prevent ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies in women. Its incidence rate is only lower than cervical cancer and endometrial cancer, ranking third among gynecological malignancies. Appropriate exercise regulates human immunity. According to a survey, if a woman only does housework for 20 minutes a week, it basically has no exercise effect. However, if you do housework for 3 to 4 hours a day, it will have a considerable effect on preventing ovarian cancer. Doing housework for 3 hours a day reduces the risk of ovarian cancer. It is said that this study lasted for two years and a total of 900 Chinese women were surveyed. The study showed that after these women increased physical exercise, the incidence of ovarian cancer dropped significantly, and housework had the same effect as physical exercise.
Moderate exercise can help prevent ovarian cancer and other related women's diseases, such as uterine cancer. The specific reasons have not been studied clearly. The possible reason is that moderate exercise can prevent the body from accumulating too much fat, and the amount of fat in the body affects the secretion of hormones. At the same time, proper exercise may also enhance the immune system, thereby reducing the occurrence of women's diseases.
