The second type is scale, which appears as white marks. The reason is that tap water has a high hardness, just like scale will appear when boiling water.

Solution:

1. Use a paper towel to dip a little toothpaste and gently wipe off the scale. This is a temporary solution.

2. Put water softening resin in the filter tank (needs to be replaced regularly), or mix tap water with purified water (the hardness of purified water is basically 0) every time you change the water. These can fundamentally reduce the hardness of the water, and scale will rarely appear.
