Bladder cancer will have many symptoms in the early stage, although they are not obvious, they will appear. Regarding the examination method of bladder cancer, the simplest and most commonly used one should be B-ultrasound examination, which is generally used for diagnosis in the early stage. Other methods include X-ray, CT examination, etc. These three methods have high accuracy rates and can be used under normal circumstances.

The first method is to conduct a urine test. In fresh urine, you can clearly see shed tumor cells, hematuria and other phenomena, so a clear diagnosis can be made. However, it is not easy to detect patients with well-differentiated tumors.
The second method is to diagnose it through B-ultrasound examination. Generally, when the diameter of the tumor exceeds 0.5 cm, it can be detected through urethral B-ultrasound, which can directly understand the degree of tumor infiltration and depth.
The third method is to perform X-ray examination, CT examination, and MRI examination. These methods can clearly understand the size and depth of the tumor, as well as whether there are metastatic lesions.
The fourth method is cystoscopic examination. The method adopted is that the size, location, number and shape of the tumor can be directly seen under the cystoscope even under epidural anesthesia.
The fifth method is to perform a bimanual bladder examination to directly understand the size of the tumor, the range and depth of infiltration, and the relationship between the tumor and the pelvis through finger palpation.
