How to avoid recurrence of lymphoma

How to avoid recurrence of lymphoma

There are many patients with lymphoma in my country, and about 90% of them are concentrated in the age group of 30-50 years old, especially those aged 40-50 years old. Due to the diversity of daily life, this group of people often suffer from lymphoma recurrence and metastasis after surgery. So how to avoid the recurrence of lymphoma?

1. Children should develop the habit of not being picky or partial in eating, ensure the supply of nutrients, maintain the balance of body heat energy, and reduce the occurrence of tumors.
2. Patients with malignant lymphoma should strictly control the intake of high-energy foods such as protein and eat more green vegetables, which will help control the further development of lymphoma.
3. Do not overwork, especially those with gastrointestinal, bone, liver and other diseases, otherwise these organs will be damaged, thus stimulating lymph node hyperplasia. Patients should not drink alcohol, as the heat effect of alcohol can cause painful lymph node hyperplasia. Drink plenty of water, 1500 ml/day for adults and 800-1000 ml/day for children. Especially in summer, when working and doing activities outdoors, be sure to drink enough water.
4. Patients with malignant lymphoma should also prevent and treat diseases outside the lymph nodes, such as diseases of the tonsils, oral cavity, nasopharynx, thyroid gland, gastrointestinal tract, bones, liver, gallbladder and other organs.
5. Eat a balanced diet. A normal adult can consume 150-200 grams of protein food or 70 grams of protein per day. Children can consume 100-150 grams of fish, meat, and eggs per day. Eat an appropriate amount of carbohydrates and fats. Eat more green vegetables. Adults can eat 500 grams of green vegetables per day, and children can eat 200-300 grams of green vegetables per day. Do not often consume large amounts of chicken, duck, fish, meat, eggs, seafood, biscuits, fried beans (peanuts, soybeans, broad beans, etc.) and other fried foods.
