How to check for cervical cancer

What tests should be done for cervical cancer? Cervical cancer tests are very important. The earlier it is discovered, the more hope there is for treatment. Cervical cancer tests include full-body and gynecological examinations. During gynecological examinations, it can be found that the cervical cancer site is hard and easy to bleed. It should also be noted whether there is vaginal metastasis. Special emphasis should be placed on triple examinations (abdominal palpation, vaginal and anal examinations).

What tests should be done for cervical cancer?

According to different symptoms, cervical cancer can be divided into different stages. The symptoms of cervical cancer after stage Ib and II are obvious, and the diagnosis can be made through gynecological examination and cervical biopsy. The symptoms and signs of stage 0 and stage Ia are often not obvious and easy to miss. The prognosis of stage 0 and stage Ia is much better than that of stage Ib and later, and its early diagnosis should be emphasized. Regular follow-up is the main method to control cervical cancer. What examinations should be done for cervical cancer? The main method is early examination: early examination is generally cytological examination. In case of suspicious cases, cervical contact bleeding or severe cervical erosion, and long-term treatment, cervical scraping should be performed to check tumor cells. If cancer cells or nuclear heterogeneous cells are found, cervical biopsy should be further performed. This method is often used for screening cervical biopsy during cervical cancer screening.

Iodine test is the main item for finding cervical cancer in clinic. Sampling in the unstained area can improve accuracy. The sampling should include the junction of cervical squamous columnar epithelium. It is best to do biopsy at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock to prevent missed diagnosis. Another method is colposcopy. Colposcopy can magnify the cervix 16 to 40 times, and can observe the changes of cervical epithelium more carefully. The junction of squamous columnar epithelium can be seen, and biopsy can be done under the guidance of colposcopy. It can improve accuracy. When the junction of squamous columnar epithelium cannot be seen, endocervical canal scraping should be done, and the scrapings should be sent for pathological examination.

What tests should be done for cervical cancer? Don't forget the cervical cone biopsy. Before the cervix is cone-resected, a colposcopy should be performed to determine the location of the lesion, and an iodine test can also be performed. The specimen removed should be subjected to continuous pathological sections to exclude invasive cancer.

What tests should be done for cervical cancer? Through the above test methods, you can have a specific understanding of cervical cancer. Different treatment methods are adopted according to different stages. If confirmed, you must seek timely treatment and go to a regular hospital for treatment. Don't trust quack doctors.
