Causes of poorly differentiated liver cancer

Causes of poorly differentiated liver cancer

Nowadays, more and more people are suffering from liver cancer. There are many causes of this disease, but for each patient, there are many causes. Some patients are due to immune status, while others may be due to genetic inheritance or long-term exposure to carcinogens, such as pesticides, alcohol, aflatoxin, etc.

(1) Immune status

Some scholars believe that some blocking factors are produced in the plasma of liver cancer patients, which can inhibit cellular immunity and prevent immune cells from killing liver cancer cells. It has also been proven that alpha-fetoprotein, or AFP, in the human body can inhibit the phagocytosis of macrophages and lymphocytes.

(2) Gene mutation

In recent years, many people believe that the causes of liver cancer are environmental mutagens and certain viruses that stimulate liver cells, leading to the activation of liver cell division response pathways, causing cell gene translocation and point mutations, which are factors that help cancer cells proliferate rapidly.

(3) Chemical carcinogens

Among certain chemical carcinogens, N-nitroso compounds are the main cause of liver cancer, such as nitrosamines. In addition, organic pesticides, long-term alcohol abuse, and safrole are also factors that cause liver cancer. Therefore, it is recommended that you drink less alcohol and avoid eating moldy food for the sake of your health.

(4) Other factors

If your daily diet is over-nutritious, or if you have long-term nutritional deficiencies, especially a lack of vitamin A and vitamin B1. Parasitic infections and hemochromatosis can also cause lesions and induce liver cancer. Genetic inheritance is also a cause of liver cancer. Therefore, this high-risk group for liver cancer should pay attention to physical examinations to detect lesions in a timely manner.

The above introduces the causes of liver cancer. The factors that can cause liver cancer in life are these types of causes, but this disease is not impossible to rule out other causes. In short, everyone should learn more about these pathogenic factors and pay more attention to preventing the occurrence of liver cancer to avoid the harm of liver cancer.
