Usually, everyone needs to pay attention to reasonable treatment, chemotherapy and surgery can be performed. How should laryngeal cancer be treated?

(1) Chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is one of the methods for treating laryngeal cancer. Experts say that for patients with advanced laryngeal cancer who cannot undergo surgery, chemotherapy or a combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is generally used.

(2) Radiotherapy. What are the treatments for laryngeal cancer? Experts point out that radiotherapy is mainly suitable for patients with stage I laryngeal cancer, patients with poor general condition who are not suitable for surgery, and patients who receive radiotherapy before surgery. After radiotherapy, the patient still has laryngeal functions such as pronunciation.

(3) Traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Treatments for laryngeal cancer also include traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Ginsenoside RH2 can be used for treatment. Experts say that ginsenoside RH2 can induce differentiation of laryngeal cancer cells, inhibit the proliferation of intestinal cancer cells, prevent metastasis and recurrence, reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and prolong life.

(4) Surgical treatment. What are the treatments for laryngeal cancer? Surgical treatment is the main method for treating laryngeal cancer and is also the preferred treatment method. The surgical methods for treating laryngeal cancer mainly include total laryngectomy, horizontal partial laryngectomy, vertical partial laryngectomy, etc. Different surgeries are performed under the guidance of experts according to the specific condition.

Differentiation of laryngeal cancer from other diseases.

1. Benign laryngeal granular cell tumor. It is common in patients aged 30-42 years. The lesions are located in the vocal cords, and most patients have symptoms of hoarseness. The mucosal nodules are smooth and the diameter is less than 1 cm. The boundaries are unclear, and the vocal cord movement is not restricted. Pathological examination is required for diagnosis.

2. Benign mixed tumor of the larynx. It occurs in the minor salivary glands, in the aryepiglottic folds or supraglottic area. The surface mucosa is smooth, the border is clear, the tumor is solid, and the shadow of the mass with smooth borders can be seen on the lateral neck X-ray. Pathological examination is of great significance for diagnosis.

3. Laryngeal plasmacytoma. It is common in middle-aged and elderly men and occurs in various parts of the larynx, especially the epiglottis, vocal cords, ventricular zone and laryngeal ventricle. It manifests as hoarseness and is often complicated by dyspnea. Laryngoscopy can show diffuse submucosal tumor tissue infiltration in the larynx. The lesions often extend beyond the larynx and involve the pharynx. Pathological biopsy is of diagnostic significance.

4. Laryngeal tracheal thyroid. This is the thyroid gland that grows into the trachea through cartilage during the embryonic period. It is more likely to occur in the subglottic area, on the posterior wall of the trachea. The tumor is partly outside the trachea. It is more common in women with endemic goiter. It manifests as dyspnea, which worsens during menstruation, with normal voice. X-rays show soft tissue shadows protruding into the tracheal cavity, and scans show that the mass has absorbed iodine.

In normal times, we need to pay attention to the above-mentioned common treatment methods. In normal times, we need to pay attention to these treatment plans and effectively carry out health care. In normal times, we need to pay attention to conditioning methods and effectively carry out self-care to avoid causing more impacts. I hope everyone needs to pay attention to subsequent attacks and effectively self-regulate to avoid causing more harm. In normal times, we need to pay attention to getting more rest.
