The correct way to take a bath with white vinegar

I believe many people have heard of taking a bath with white vinegar. This method does have some benefits for people's health, especially now that many people are under great pressure in life and work. Under such circumstances, their bodies cannot get a good rest. The best thing is to relieve it in time. You can relax your whole body and mind by taking a bath.

1. Dissolution: Soak in boiling water ten times the amount of the medicine packet (powder) for 5-10 minutes.

2. Adjust the water temperature: adjust the water temperature between 39-45 degrees according to your heat tolerance. If it is your first time bathing and you have no experience, adjust the water temperature to 39 degrees in summer and 42 degrees in winter, and adjust the temperature appropriately during the bathing process.

3. After putting the dissolved medicine bag and medicine solution into the wooden barrel at the same time, knead the medicine bag with your hands to squeeze out the effective ingredients inside.

4. The first time you take a medicinal bath, you may be inexperienced and afraid to continue soaking after some physical reactions. (5) After getting up from the bath, the skin surface will turn red, and sweating will continue for 30 minutes to 1 hour. These are normal effects of the drug. However, be careful not to blow the wind intentionally to avoid catching a cold.

(6) After taking a medicinal bath, do not use any skin care products or cosmetics until the redness and fever of the skin have subsided.

(7) Those with a history of mild hypertension and hypotension or slightly poor heart function should use the product under the company of their family members and pay attention to the ventilation of the venue. Each soaking time should not be too long (about 3-6 minutes). If you feel your heartbeat speeding up or your breathing is too rapid during the soaking process, you should get up and rest in a well-ventilated place. After you have recovered, soak again. Generally, two to three soaking sessions are sufficient.

(8) Some users (especially obese users) may experience slight tingling sensation or small papules on their skin after bathing. These are all natural detoxification phenomena and can be continued for use.

(9) If the mother has undergone surgery during delivery, she must wait until the stitches are removed before taking a bath. If she has not undergone surgery, she can start taking a bath 7 days after delivery.
