You may have heard of bronchial lung cancer, but you may not know the symptoms of bronchial lung cancer, what are the common ones, and what are the early ones. The author will introduce to you what are the most common early symptoms of bronchial lung cancer? The most common early symptoms of bronchogenic carcinoma are: (1) Respiratory symptoms: cough and sputum, usually paroxysmal dry cough or a small amount of sticky sputum; blood in the sputum or a small amount of hemoptysis, with severe hemoptysis in the late stage; chest pain and dyspnea; localized wheezing and emphysema may occur when the bronchus is incompletely blocked. (2) Tumor necrosis or concurrent infection; fever may occur, and other common symptoms include fatigue, loss of appetite, and weight loss. (3) Signs of tumor compression or invasion of adjacent tissues: Hoarseness, which is often caused by tumor compression of the recurrent laryngeal nerve; diaphragmatic paralysis, which is caused by compression of the phrenic nerve and ipsilateral diaphragmatic paralysis. Fluoroscopy shows that the diaphragm is lifted up, the movement is slow, and there is a paradoxical phenomenon of diaphragm rising during inspiration; superior vena cava syndrome. It is caused by compression of the superior vena cava. It manifests as edema of the head, face, chest and upper limbs, distended jugular veins, distended small veins in the chest and abdomen, and significantly increased venous pressure in the upper limbs. (4) Extrapulmonary symptoms: manifested as paraneoplastic syndrome, common bone and joint lesions, endocrine disorders and neuromuscular syndrome, such as clubbing of fingers and toes, hypertrophic osteoarthritis, Cushing's syndrome, male breast hypertrophy, polyuria, hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia caused by hyperparathyroidism, myasthenia gravis, dermatomyositis, acanthosis nigricans, etc. (5) Symptoms caused by distant metastasis: such as headache, vomiting, hemiplegia, convulsions, and mental abnormalities caused by brain metastasis; bone pain caused by bone metastasis; liver pain and ascites caused by liver metastasis. When caring for bronchial lung cancer, we can provide good mental care for the patient. If the patient is in a bad spirit, the treatment effect will be greatly reduced, and the patient may also have no confidence in the future. If we take good care of the patient's spirit, the patient will have confidence that he will recover, will be full of confidence, and actively cooperate with the treatment. |
