There are two common surgical methods for gastric cancer: (1) The extent of perigastric lymph node removal is represented by D (dissection), such as gastrectomy, first-station lymph node (2) The radical degree of gastric cancer surgery is divided into three levels: A, B, and C. Level A surgery means that the level of lymph nodes to be removed must exceed the level of lymph nodes to which metastasis has occurred, that is, D>N, and there is no cancerous tissue infiltration within 1 cm of the surgical margin of the gastrectomy specimen. Level B surgery means that the level of lymph nodes to be removed is the same as the level of lymph nodes to which metastasis has occurred, that is, D=N, and there is cancer cell infiltration within 1 cm of the surgical resection. Level C surgery means that in addition to the removal of part of the primary lesion and part of the metastatic lesion, there is still residual tumor. |
