Add or subtract: for toothache, deafness, and epistaxis, add Saposhnikovia divaricata, Scutellaria barbata, Radix Rehmanniae, and Rhizoma Cynomorii; for dry throat, dry mouth, dizziness, and fatigue, add Rhizoma Phragmites, Pollen, and Fructus Trichosanthis; for neck lumps, add Sargassum, Kelp, Trichosanthes kirilowii, and Fritillaria cirrhosa; for thick and greasy yellow tongue coating and poor appetite, add Patchouli, Perilla frutescens, Coix seeds, and Rhizoma Cibotii; for stagnation of Qi and blood, severe headache, limited neck movement, and diplopia, tinnitus, add Herba Prunellae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Fructus Viticis, Fructus Lycii, Chrysanthemum, and Mint; for decreased white blood cells, add Psoralea corylifolia, Ginseng rubra, and Millettia reticulata; for redness and swelling of the neck skin after radiotherapy For heat pain, add gypsum, double flower and forsythia; for radiation dermatitis, apply sesame oil mixed with rabbit hair ash.Usage: Take 1 dose daily, decocted in water 3 times and taken in 3 doses. 3. Nasopharyngeal tablets Drug composition: Sophora flavescens, Ophiopogon japonicus, Scutellaria barbata, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Oldenlandia diffusa, Radix Trichosanthis, etc. Usage: Make the above medicine into tablets, take 4 times a day, 5 tablets each time, 15 days as a course of treatment. 4-Yi-Yang-Yin Decoction Ingredients: 30g each of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, Houttuynia cordata, Scutellaria barbata (or 15g of American ginseng), 15g each of Scrophularia ningpoensis, Ophiopogon japonicus, Rehmannia glutinosa, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, 20g each of Dendrobium candidum and Pollen of Euphorbia obovata, and 6g of Licorice. Add or subtract: for nasal congestion, add Xanthium sibiricum and Magnolia flower; for bloody nose, add Agrimoniae, Eclipta prostrata and Platycladus orientalis leaves; for headache, add Angelica dahurica and Notopterygium wilfordii; for sore throat, add Belamcanda chinensis, Arctium lappa and Sophora flavescens; for cyanosis and ecchymosis of tongue, add Salvia miltiorrhiza, Paeonia lactiflora and Safflower; for facial numbness, tongue deviation and diplopia, add Scolopendra subspinipes, Bombyx batryticatus and Uncaria rhynchophylla. Usage: Take 1 dose per day during radiotherapy for 6 consecutive days, rest for 1 day, 4 weeks as a course of treatment, take three courses in a row until the end of radiotherapy. Maintain 5-6 doses per week within half a year after radiotherapy. For radiotherapy of more than half a year, take 3 doses per week for more than 2 years. 5. Nasopharyngeal detoxification agent Ingredients: 30g each of wild chrysanthemum, Rhizoma Codonopsis pilosulae, sucrose, Polygonum multiflorum, Fructus Xanthium sibiricum, and Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, 15g of Spica Prunellae, 10g each of Codonopsis pilosula and Gentiana scabra.
