Prescriptions for treating colorectal cancer based on TCM syndrome differentiation

Colorectal cancer is a relatively common malignant tumor of the digestive tract. In addition to surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy, you can also perform four diagnostic methods of looking, smelling, asking, and palpating according to the patient's specific condition, and formulate different Chinese medicine prescriptions without worrying about side effects on the body.

Fang Yi

Symptoms: Late stage of intestinal cancer, loose stools, abdominal pain and large lumps with sticky and pus-like substances, fatigue, pale tongue and thin pulse.

Chinese medicine: 30 grams of Astragalus, 10 grams of Atractylodes, 10 grams of Chuanxiong, 10 grams of Curcuma, 10 grams of Pheretima, 10 grams of Lithospermum, 15 grams of Angelica, 10 grams of Corydalis, 20 grams of Pangolin, and 15 grams of Oyster.

Usage: Decoction in water and take in 2 doses, 1 dose per day.

Fang Er

Symptoms: In the middle and late stages of colorectal cancer, the tumor is larger, there is severe abdominal pain, or abdominal distension, constipation, bloody stools, and even intestinal obstruction.

Chinese medicine: 30 grams of Hedyotis diffusa, 30 grams of Red Vine, 30 grams of Cortex Ophiopogonis, 30 grams of Astragalus, 30 grams of Coix seeds, 15 grams of Solanum nigrum, 15 grams of Tortoise shell, 12 grams of Cortex Moutan, 9 grams of Rhubarb, 15 grams of Citrus aurantium, and 10 grams of Panax notoginseng.

Usage: Decoction in water and take in 2 doses, 1 dose per day.

Fang San

Symptoms: In late stage of intestinal cancer, there is abdominal pain that is relieved by pressing, cold limbs and loose stools, shortness of breath and fatigue, or diarrhea at dawn, cold limbs, pale tongue, white fur, and deep and fine pulse.

Chinese medicine: 30 grams of charred hawthorn, 30 grams of psoralea corylifolia, 30 grams of pomegranate peel, 30 grams of red ochre, 30 grams of coix seed, 15 grams of terminalia chebula, 15 grams of dried ginger, 10 grams of red ginseng, 60 grams of ginger stone, and 12 grams of atractylodes.

Usage: Decoction in water, 1 dose per day.
