Facing uterine cancer with confidence

Symptoms come on suddenly

Liu Mei had not gotten pregnant after marriage. Not long ago, she found that she had not had her period for 2 months. She went to the local commune hospital for treatment. Her urine HCG (+) was considered early pregnancy, and she was treated with spasmolysis, hemostasis and fetal preservation. Soon after the symptoms were relieved, she suddenly felt a sharp knife-like pain in the right lower abdomen, which was unbearable, accompanied by anal wall pain, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, and loose stools. It turned out to be uterine cancer

Physical examination: T37.3℃, P90 times/min, BP90/60mmHg, mild anemic face, clear consciousness, semi-automatic posture, normal heart and lung auscultation, moderate lower abdomen, obvious tenderness in the lower abdomen, rebound tenderness (±), turbidity (±).

Ultrasound examination showed: a 65×48mm solid mass with clear boundaries could be detected in the right adnexa, and a liquid dark area could be detected in the pelvic floor. Under the guidance of the B-ultrasound probe, abdominal puncture was performed, and about 1ml of non-coagulated dark red blood was extracted. Ectopic pregnancy was confirmed, and laparotomy was performed, with a clinical diagnosis of "uterine cancer".

Early treatment

Liu Mei dropped out of school and prepared to start treatment for uterine cancer. With the encouragement of her students and family, Liu Mei was full of confidence in the future surgery.
