The disease of bladder irritation syndrome actually has a series of symptoms, such as frequent urination and urgency. These symptoms all fall into the category of bladder irritation syndrome. When it occurs, patients will gradually feel that their symptoms are becoming more and more serious, and the number of times they urinate every day will also increase compared to before. Therefore, the most important thing is to find a regular treatment method as soon as possible. Bladder irritation symptoms refer to frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating, also known as urethral irritation symptoms. A normal person urinates an average of 4 to 6 times during the day and 0 to 2 times at night. If the number of urinations per day is >8 times, it is called frequent urination; urinary urgency refers to the feeling of having to urinate immediately; urinary pain refers to the pain in the bladder area and urethra during urination, and the pain is like burning or stinging. 1. Urinary tract infection in a narrow sense refers to urethral inflammation caused by bacteria, and in a broad sense refers to urethral inflammation caused by all pathogenic microorganisms, including: bacteria, viruses, fungi, mycoplasma, chlamydia, parasites, etc. Leukocytosis is common and pathogenic microorganisms can be found in the urine (culture, microscopic examination). 2. Urethral syndrome is related to mental factors. It is more common in women. Midstream urine culture is mostly negative. After excluding urinary tract irritation signs caused by organic diseases, this disease can be considered for diagnosis. Most of them are related to mental factors. 3. Ureteral stones (especially stones in the ureteral bladder wall segment). 4. Hematuria is often more prominent in bladder tumors. 5. Interstitial cystitis can be seen in connective tissue diseases, and is more common in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); if the cause cannot be found, it is called idiopathic interstitial cystitis. 6. Hemorrhagic cystitis is common in patients using cyclophosphamide (antitumor drug). 7. Urinary tract tuberculosis The characteristic of renal tuberculosis is that the disease occurs in the kidneys and manifests itself in the bladder. 1. Pay attention to hygiene. It is best to urinate after sexual intercourse, change underwear frequently and wash it often. 2. Cystitis is generally caused by infection. In daily life, you must pay attention to personal hygiene, especially the hygiene of the lower body. 3. Patients with cystitis should drink more water. If they are patients with chronic cystitis, they should use antibacterial drugs according to the doctor's instructions and persist in treatment for four to six weeks. |
