4. Stir while cooking until the sauce is reduced.

5. Cook the rice over medium-low heat. When the water starts to evaporate, add the fried side dishes. Cover and continue to simmer over low heat until you smell the rice. (If you like to eat rice crust, please continue to simmer for a while, but be careful not to burn it). After turning off the heat, continue to simmer for ten minutes.

6. Boil water in another pot. When the water boils, add some oil, salt and sugar to the pot. Boil the spinach, pick it up and cut it into pieces. Mix it with salt, sesame oil and fried sesame seeds. Add the spinach to the rice and mix well. It is ready to eat.
