2. Chop the cabbage into pieces, add some salt to marinate and then filter with gauze to squeeze out the water.

3. Chop the pork into puree.

4. Add cooking wine to pork and stir clockwise.

5. Add carrots and cabbage to the minced meat, add oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.

1. Cut the cabbage into shreds.

2. Chop the cabbage into small pieces, add salt and marinate slightly.

3. Squash the cabbage and rinse the pickled cabbage with water.

4. Squeeze dry and put into another container, add chopped green onion and minced ginger.

5. Add 150 grams of fresh meat filling.

6. Mix well to make cabbage stuffing.

1. Wash and cut the carrots into shreds, put them into a food blender, add a little water, blend them into powder, filter out the juice with a sieve or gauze and set aside;

2. Put the flour into a large bowl, slowly add carrot juice and knead into a smooth dough;

4. Put the pork filling into a bowl, add salt and soy sauce, mix well, add chopped cabbage and chopped green onion, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well to make cabbage and meat filling;

5. Divide the dough into several small pieces and roll them into dumpling skins. Add the meat filling and wrap them into small dumplings.

6. Boil water in a pot, put in the dumplings and cook until cooked.
