How to quickly eliminate acne caused by heat

1. Reduce stress

Being in a state of tension for a long time will cause endocrine imbalance. Therefore, it is very important to relax yourself appropriately and reduce your stress.

2. Drink water properly

Water helps our body to effectively excrete the metabolites of hormones. We should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Never develop the bad habit of drinking water only when you are thirsty, because thirst already means that our body is extremely dehydrated.

3. Exercise appropriately

Exercise can reduce stress, improve sleep habits, and help reduce excess hormones. The body generally has five ways to reduce toxins: breathing, sweating, menstruation, urination, and defecation. The biggest health benefit is that it increases the heart's contractility, storage function and vascular elasticity. Walking for at least 30 minutes every day will have unexpected results.

4. Good sleep

If you can ensure 8 hours of good sleep every day, it will be of great help to the normal endocrine system, because the body will produce hormones during sleep. Try to fall asleep before 10 pm. This is because the body is in the best repair state from 10 pm to 2 am. Place some lavender next to your pillow and stay in a relaxed state an hour before bedtime.

5. Eat a healthy diet

Eat more vegetables and fruits, and less fat, sugar, spicy and other irritating foods to keep your bowel movements smooth. In addition, people with acne should especially avoid eating spicy foods: these foods are hot in nature and can easily cause internal heat after eating. People with acne have internal heat, and eating these foods will undoubtedly add fuel to the fire. Avoid taking supplements. Some parents are afraid that their children in their growing period are not getting enough nutrition, so they try to give them supplements. In fact, this is a wrong idea. Because most tonics are hot in nature, taking them will aggravate the internal heat and make acne more likely to occur.

6. Keep it clean

Proper basic cleansing and washing of the face is an important part of removing acne. Using ingredients that do not contain soap and alcohol will not cause further irritation to acne; and the skin should not be over-cleansed. Because excessive cleansing will stimulate cells to secrete more oil, forming a vicious cycle; makeup removal and cleansing must be done separately, because only oil-containing makeup removers can remove oily cosmetics.

Never neglect the cleanliness of pillowcases and pillowcases. Pillow covers should be changed every one or two days, and pillowcases should be changed and washed once a week. Pillowcases often come into contact with facial skin. If you wash your face without changing the pillowcase, it is equivalent to not washing your face. Because pillowcases are in direct contact with the face, they are easily contaminated with dirt such as mites, dust, and dandruff, so it is very necessary to change them regularly.
