If you want to repair stretch marks, you should start by losing weight. As long as your weight gradually returns to a normal state, the stretch marks will naturally improve. However, it is recommended not to take medicine casually, but ask a doctor for help. Otherwise, if you accidentally take hormone drugs, it will cause similar stretch marks.

Use a belly support belt: it can bear the gravity burden of the abdomen and reduce excessive stretching and pulling of the skin.

During pregnancy, you should avoid consuming too much sweets and fried foods. You should consume a balanced diet to improve skin texture and help enhance skin elasticity. Dietary adjustment and exercise are two important ways to increase skin elasticity. During pregnancy, you can eat more foods that are strong in collagen fibers, such as pig's trotters, as well as more fruits and vegetables high in fiber and foods containing vitamin C, and drink a glass of skim milk every day.

In addition, it is also necessary to reduce sugar intake and eat less foods with high pigment content. Doing some yoga and other exercises before pregnancy, and doing moderate exercise and doing some simple housework after pregnancy are good ways to enhance skin elasticity and prevent stretch marks.
