3. Add white sugar and stir well. The amount is controlled by yourself. The purpose of adding white sugar is to allow the yogurt fermentation powder to better ferment and make the finished yogurt taste better. Personally, I don’t like sweets very much, so I consume relatively little white sugar.

4. Add yogurt fermentation powder, add 0.5g fermentation bacteria to 500ml of milk, and add 1g fermentation bacteria to 1000ml of milk. If yogurt fermentation bacteria are stored in the refrigerator, they need to be taken out in advance and placed at room temperature before use. The fermentation effect will be better.

5. Add appropriate amount of water to the electric stew pot and then put the stewing pot in.

6. Plug in the plug and turn on the keep warm mode for about 10-15 minutes. When it heats to 37-38 degrees, you can turn it off. Feel the temperature of the water with your hand. It should be a warm and comfortable temperature. Be sure not to overheat it. If the temperature is too high, the fermentation bacteria will be killed and yogurt cannot be made.
