What meridians do the five toes correspond to

The nerves in the body are interconnected, and the nerves are connected to every joint in the body. This is why every movement of the joint requires nerve regulation, and the toes are no exception. However, I believe many people do not know which meridians the five toes correspond to. But for people in the massage industry, they should know that toe meridian massage can help relieve physical fatigue symptoms.

1. Big toe (Liver and Spleen Meridians)---The Liver Meridian treats liver diseases, gynecological diseases, anterior vaginal diseases and other diseases and symptoms along the meridian course. Such as low back pain, chest fullness, hiccups, enuresis, difficulty urinating, hernia, lower abdominal swelling and other symptoms. The spleen meridian is used to treat spleen and stomach diseases, gynecological diseases, anterior vaginal diseases and other diseases and symptoms along the meridian's course. Such as epigastric pain, vomiting after eating, belching, abdominal distension and loose stools, jaundice, heaviness and weakness, pain at the root of the tongue, swelling on the inner side of the lower limbs, coldness, etc.

2. Index finger (Stomach meridian)----mainly treats gastrointestinal diseases, pain in the head, face, eyes, nose, mouth, toothache, mental illness and other diseases and symptoms along the meridians. Such as intestinal rumbling, abdominal distension, edema, stomach pain, vomiting or rapid hunger after eating, thirst, sore throat, nosebleed, pain in the chest and knees and other parts of the meridian, fever, madness and other symptoms.

3. Middle toe (Kidney Meridian)----Mainly used to treat gynecology, anterior vaginal diseases, kidney, lung, throat diseases and other diseases and symptoms along the meridians. Such as: coughing up blood, asthma, dry tongue, sore throat, edema, constipation, diarrhea, low back pain, pain in the inner and posterior side of the spine and thigh, weakness, and hot soles of the feet. (Note: Some people think the middle finger is the kidney, but I couldn't find any information on acupuncture points and reflexology areas after searching for them. However, I read that the 312 Meridian Research proves that there is a branch meridian of the "Stomach Meridian" below Zusanli, which also belongs to the Stomach Meridian.)

4. Ring toe (Gallbladder Meridian)---Mainly used to treat diseases of the head, eyes, ears, throat, mental illness, fever and other diseases and symptoms along the meridians. Such as bitter taste in the mouth, dizziness, malaria, headache, jaw pain, pain in the outer canthus of the eye, swelling and pain in the supraclavicular pelvis, swelling in the armpits, pain in the chest, flank, thigh and outer side of lower limbs, pain in the outer side of the foot, and fever on the outer side of the foot.

5. Little toe (Urinary bladder meridian)---It mainly treats diseases of the head, neck, eyes, back, waist, lower limbs and mental disorders. The back-shu points on the first lateral line of the back and the acupoints on the same level as the second lateral line are mainly used to treat diseases of related internal organs and related tissues and organs. Such as urinary obstruction, enuresis, and mania
