There are differences between women's breasts and men's. Women's breasts can not only please their partners during sexual intercourse, but the milk secreted by the breasts is also the main source of nutrition for the child after giving birth. However, there are a large number of mammary glands under the breasts. If you do not pay attention to breast health, you are prone to diseases such as breast cancer. So what happens when bilateral breast gland tightening occurs? Young women have more breast glandular substance (alveolar and ductal components) and relatively less fat, so they appear denser in breast radiographs. However, with age, especially after menopause, the breast glands gradually degenerate and are replaced by more adipose tissue, appearing as oligoglandular or fatty type in breast radiographs. The dense type only means that there are more glandular components, but does not mean that the pathogenicity is increased. First, because the sizes of the breasts are different, the glandular tissue in the breasts is unevenly distributed, which can lead to different sensitivity of the glands to estrogen stimulation. The higher the sensitivity of the glandular tissue to estrogen, the higher the chance of breast disease. Second, because the sizes of the breasts on both sides are different, the density of the breast tissues on both sides is also different. Breast tissues with high density are more susceptible to breast diseases and even breast cancer than those with low density. The reason is that breast tissues with high density are more susceptible to estrogen stimulation. Third, because the sizes of the breasts are different, the metabolic products produced in the breasts are also different, and the rates of metabolic product elimination are also different. The metabolic residues in the breast that is eliminated slowly can also cause the gland to become a pathogenic factor. In addition, the exudate in the duct may also have different amounts of exudate due to different breast sizes, and the side with more exudate may become one of the pathogenic factors. In summary, if the size of both breasts is the same, it is one of the factors that reduce breast diseases, but it is not an absolute factor. Whether breast diseases occur or not is also related to many factors such as endocrine disorders, individual differences, genetic factors, environmental factors, life and diet. Therefore, women with absolutely symmetrical breasts can only be considered to have reduced one factor of disease, and they cannot rest easy because of this. |
