Should I see a Chinese doctor or a Western doctor for back pain

Everyone should maintain a good sitting posture in life, because an improper sitting posture will not only make a person's posture look strange, but also cause some waist diseases. A common lumbar disease is lumbar spondylosis, which often causes low back pain. When back pain occurs, people will feel restless. At this time, you should see a doctor for treatment. But when a person has back pain, is it better to see a Chinese doctor or a Western doctor?

Lumbar muscle strain is a very common disease, and the chance of occurring in the waist is very high. Its occurrence is directly related to our bad posture in daily life. When treating with traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine, the first thing to do is to correct your bad posture. When the patient is undergoing treatment, we can use traditional Chinese medicine to assist in the treatment. You can use dog skin plaster, Wuli Bahan Powder, Wanling Bone and Muscle Paste and other medicines to stick on the affected area or acupoints.

Steps/Methods:

1. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, low back pain is caused by external and internal factors. But no matter what causes the pain, we must seek timely treatment. Both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are feasible, and both can be used for treatment at the same time. This will work better.

2. If you are exposed to wind, cold and damp places for a long time, it is very likely to cause low back pain. Therefore, you must keep warm in winter and when it is cold, and do not sleep in damp places. You should also strengthen the exercise of your waist muscles.

3. In life, we can exercise by brisk walking and jogging. This method can reduce the burden on the lumbar spine and enhance the flexibility of the lumbar spine and muscle strength, which can effectively relieve and prevent the occurrence of low back pain. When exercising, you should keep your head up, chest out and look straight ahead. About 40 minutes or so is the best time.

Note:

Riding a bicycle: When riding, keep the seat as low as possible and the handlebars higher. Cycling can increase the width of the lumbar spinal canal and the flexibility of the lumbar spine. It is advisable to do it for about 30 minutes a day. Do more physical exercise to strengthen your waist.
