It turns out that this is the cause of urethral pain

Many people feel pain when they go to the toilet. The pain of defecation is commonly known as urethral pain, which is usually caused by urinary tract infection. A large number of bacteria will multiply in the body of patients with urinary tract infection. Coupled with the occurrence of inflammation, it will cause patients to have symptoms of frequent urination, urgency and pain when urinating. When these symptoms appear, you should go to the hospital for an organ examination as soon as possible.

Urinary tract infection

Urinary tract infection is a disease characterized by the proliferation of a large number of bacteria in the urine, which causes urinary tract inflammation and is clinically characterized by symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, and urinary tract irritation.

Stranguria is a type of disease caused by kidney deficiency and bladder dampness and heat, which lead to bladder qi dysfunction, urethral dysfunction, and difficulty urinating. The basic clinical characteristics of stranguria are frequent, short and astringent urination, dripping and stinging pain, incomplete urination, lower abdominal cramps, or pain extending to the waist and abdomen, or accompanied by hematuria, or turbid urine, or discharge of sand and gravel, etc.

Therefore, urinary tract infection falls into the category of stranguria in traditional Chinese medicine. However, urinary tract infection and gonorrhea are not exactly the same. Some urinary tract infections have clinical symptoms, while others have no clinical manifestations.

There are three types of stranguria: heat, stone, qi, blood, grease and fatigue. Any urinary tract irritation symptoms, except for specific urinary tract infection, include renal tuberculosis, urinary tract stones, bladder cancer, prostatitis, chyluria, etc. Therefore, nonspecific urinary tract infection belongs to the category of heat stranguria, blood stranguria and fatigue stranguria in traditional Chinese medicine.
