Mouth ulcer is very painful

Mouth ulcer is very painful

Generally, it is easy to get oral ulcers when you are in a bad mood or under a lot of pressure, and your immunity is reduced. When oral ulcers are severe, not only will it hurt to eat, but even drinking water will feel particularly painful. Therefore, you must take more precautions, develop good living habits and not put too much pressure on yourself. If it is really painful, you can use white wine to rinse your mouth and then put some white sugar on the affected area to effectively relieve the pain.

Cause analysis:

If you suddenly get oral ulcers, it means that you have been having trouble sleeping and eating recently, have irregular eating and sleeping habits, are under great work pressure, are tired and nervous, are depressed, are picky about food, have a poor appetite, and have a weak body and poor immunity. The cause of this disease is mostly due to these.

method:

Rinse your mouth with white wine, hold it in your mouth for a while, then spit it out or swallow it. This step is to disinfect and sterilize. If you are not used to white wine, you can use strong tea or salt water instead.

Take a small amount of sugar and put it between the ulcer inside the lip and the teeth. Hold it in your mouth and let it dissolve slowly and naturally. Don't lick it with your teeth.

The above two steps can solve the problem. Follow the above method after every meal, three times a day.

If you follow the steps above, you shouldn't feel any pain by this time on the second day, and should be almost healed by the third day.

The following suggestions are also recommended as adjunct to treatment:

Adjunctive therapy:

Eat three meals a day regularly, do not skip meals, drink more hot porridge in the morning and evening, and eat light food. If conditions permit, you can make some eight-treasure porridge and add more mung beans and dates. You can eat cold and bitter vegetables such as winter melon, tofu, lettuce, and bitter melon, which can heal your oral ulcers faster.

You can eat some fruit after meals, especially pears; if conditions permit, you can drink some honey, or tea, or boiled water; eat less spicy and irritating food to prevent excessive internal heat.

Brush your teeth in the morning and evening to keep your mouth clean.

Exercise more every day to keep your mood happy and enhance your immunity.

Prolong your sleep time appropriately to allow yourself to get a good rest and do not let yourself be in a state of fatigue for a long time.
