1. 2. Peanut, melon seeds, jujube and bean cake: 100 grams of peanuts, 50 grams of pumpkin seeds, 60 grams of red dates, 30 grams of soybean powder, 250 grams of rice flour, mash them with the dates into a paste, then add some flour, add appropriate amount of oil and water, mix well to make cakes, steam them, and eat them in one day. It can nourish the spleen and replenish qi, nourish blood and improve eyesight, and improve symptoms such as myopia, blurred vision, palpitations and shortness of breath, physical weakness and constipation.

3. Bean, kernel and polished rice eight-treasure porridge: 30 grams each of red beans, lentils, peanut kernels, coix seeds, walnut meat, longan, lotus seeds and red dates, 500 grams of polished rice, add water to cook porridge, mix with sugar and eat warm. It can strengthen the spleen, replenish qi, and improve eyesight. It is suitable for people with myopia, intolerance of long-term vision, poor sleep, poor appetite, and indigestion.

The methods introduced above can effectively alleviate the problem of computer users often sitting in front of the computer for several hours. It often causes eye pain, dryness and discomfort.
